If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your device in its original condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack the Device

  Place the device, charger, and manual back into the original packaging to ensure it is protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Refund

  Drop the package at any authorized carrier location. Once we inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
